摘要
目的针对妇科腹腔镜术后并发症进行观察并进行积极有效护理,以提高护理水平。方法对医院2010年5月-2011年6月56例妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后并发症情况进行严密观察,并进行积极有效护理。结果 56例患者腹腔镜手术后出现并发症9例,占16.1%;其中出现穿刺孔出血2例、腹胀3例、肩背酸胀1例、胃肠道不适2例、呼吸道感染1例;经过采取有效护理措施患者均痊愈出院。结论妇科腹腔镜术后易出现各种并发症,针对并发症引起因素进行积极有效的预防及护理,能够有效减少并发症的发生。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the observation and effectively active care for the complications of laparoscopic surgery to improve the standard of care.METHODS From May 2010 to Jun 2011,56 cases with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were given close observation for postoperative complications,and received active and effective care.RESULTS Nine cases out of 56 patients with laparoscopic surgery had postoperative complications,accounting for 16.1%.Among the nine cases,two cases had bleeding in puncture site,three cases had abdominal distension,one case had shoulder soreness,two cases were discomfort in gastrointestinal tract,and one had respiratory tract infection.After careful clinical observation and effective nursing care,all these patients recovered.CONCLUSION Complications occur after laparoscopic surgery.Positive and effective prevention measures and care should be adopted against the factors causing these complications to effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
