摘要
运用语料库的方法对《围城》英译本的显化特征进行定量和定性研究。从人称代词显化的角度出发,通过自建小型平行语料库,对原文及其译本中人称代词的使用频率和转换类型进行考察。结果显示:在文学作品的翻译中存在人称代词显化趋势,并呈现出一定的特征。基于语料库的研究方法为翻译研究开辟了新思路,提供了新方法。
The explication features in the the English version of Fortress Besieged were studied by using the corpus-based quantitative and qualitative study. Through a small self-built English and Chinese parallel corpus,the operating frequency and transform type of personal pronoun are investigated in the Chinese and English texts. The study shows that the explication tendency also exists in the translation of literary works and it present a specific characters in translated English texts. The corpus-based study offers new methods and new ideas for translation studies.
