摘要
作为高校一线的学生管理工作者,辅导员在学校的建设与发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,然而如今他们却是服务性工作领域中职业倦怠高发的人群之一,表现在个人成就感低、情绪衰竭、去人性化三个方面。国内学者对辅导员职业倦怠的现实表现进行了深入研究,我们对此类研究成果进行梳理,并以职业韧性作为理论基础,对该群体如何应对职业倦怠提出建议。
As frontline workers for student management in col- leges and universities, counselors play a vital role in university construction and development, but at present they are among the high risk population of job burnout in the field of service work, manifested as lacking the sense of personal achievement, suffer- ing from emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization. Domestic scholars have made deep research on the realistic manifestations of counselors' job burnout. This paper summarizes the research results, and with job resilience as the theoretical basis, proposes suggestions for university counselors to deal with job burnout.
