摘要
以高校教师科研倦怠为研究对象,分析了倦怠的概念和应用领域,提出了科研倦怠的概念,论述了科研倦怠的表现形式,从个体特征、高校科研条件与氛围、社会因素三个方面阐述了导致科研倦怠的原因,提出了缓解或改善科研倦怠的建议。
Based on burnout phenomenon of scientific research on university faculty,the concept and application field of burnout are analyzed,the concept and meaning of scientific research burnout are put forward.The forms of scientific research burnout are discussed.The reasons to cause research burnout are expounded from three aspects： individual characteristics,college research conditions and atmosphere,and social factors.Suggestions to ease or improve research burnout are put forward.
