摘要
受加工、装配精度等硬件条件的制约,锂动力电池卷绕机的电芯卷绕速度受到了很大的制约。为进一步解决卷绕精度和生产速度的矛盾,降低加工采购成本,提出了一种在隔膜传输机构上增加智能纠偏系统的改进方法,使隔膜的重叠对位精度大幅提高,以往受隔膜偏移制约的卷绕速度问题也得以解决,而且降低了导向轴的精度要求,节约了加工采购成本,提高了设备竞争力。
The winding speed of li-ion power battery winding machine has been greatly restricted by precision processing and assembly hardware conditions.
