摘要
本文针对带材跑偏问题,提出了单闭环超前电液纠偏系统和双闭环加补偿的高精度纠偏系统。文中介绍了这两种系统的组成原理和设计方法。理论和实践都证明本文提出的纠偏系统具有很好的纠偏性能。尤其适于分切机、复合机、制袋机、涂布机、印刷机、轧钢机及造纸机等带材加工生产设备。
To counter the problem of strip deviation,this paper underlines the electric hydraulic devi-ation rectification system of the single closed-loop leading and the double closed-loop added by compensationwith high precision.This paper introduces integration,principles and design of these systems which have highperformance of rectification deviation throgh theory and practice.The sysems are applicable to strip process-ing equipment such as coating machine,printing press,mills,paper machine and so on.
