摘要
本文针对彩色印刷、印染等行业中存在的位置偏差问题,设计出了基于模糊控制思想的光电式纠偏系统。该系统用PLC作为核心控制器、GK112光电隔离器检测位置偏移量、三相步进电机驱动丝杠作为执行机构。通过实验证明了该系统有较高的实用性。
This paper focuses on the problems of position warp which happen in color printing and dyeing work, and designs a photoelectric correct error system based on fuzzy control. This system is realized by using PLC as controller, using photoelectric insulator to detect offset of position, and using three phases pace motor as executor. Through experiments, it proved that the system has high practicability.
