摘要
大型发电电动机具有转速高、体积紧凑、散热困难、要求正反转等特点。本文介绍了整体通风系统的选择和计算,分析了通风冷却系统的CFD仿真、转子磁极冷却结构和定子温升特性,最后给出了动态通风模型试验和静态转子通风模型试验结果。
Large revisible generator-motor has such characteristics as high rotating speed, compact structure, difficulties in heat dissipation and revisible running. In this paper, selection and calculation of global ventilation system is introduced, and CFD simulation for the ventilation and cooling system, rotor pole cooling structure and stator temperature-rise characteristics are analyzed, and at the end of the paper, dynamic ventilation model test and static rotor ventilation model test are presented.
