摘要
为准确分析绝缘对电机温升的影响,在考虑转子励磁绕组匝间绝缘和定子绕组股线绝缘的情况下,通过有限元方法计算水轮发电机负载下气隙磁密的分布,并在此基础上求解转子三维温度场,从而得到任意截面的温度分布曲线.计算结果与实测值对比表明,负载时绝缘对温度分布的影响较大.
For accurate analysis of the effect of insulation on generator temperature rise the flux distribution inside the air gap of a hydroelectric generator under full-load was calculated by finite element method with the effect of insulation taken into consideration. The rotor temperature field was then calculated to obtain the temperature distribution curves for an arbitrary section. The comparison between calculating results and measuring data indicate that the insulation of a hydroelectric generator under load has significant effect on temperature distribution.
