425 MW级发电电动机通风系统研究

摘要 目前国内抽水蓄能发电电动机组的最高开发容量为425 MW,机组过流空间有限,转子发热功率高,严重影响机组供风和转子温升控制。本文针对如何提高电机系统风量,开展了挡风板、风扇和关键过流位置流道等的选型和结构优化研究工作,提高了系统压头和有效风量利用率,解决了通风系统供风问题;针对如何控制转子温升,提出了转子新型通风结构,增强了转子的冷却能力,解决了转子发热问题。本文研究成果为425 MW级发电电动机提供了通风系统设计方案,对同类型发电电动机的通风结构设计具有参考和借鉴意义。 At present,the maximum development capacity of pumped storage units in China is 425 MW.The flow passage space of the unit is limited,and the rotor heating power is high,which significantly affects ventilation supply of the unit and the temperature rise control of the rotor.This study conducted optimization research on wind deflectors,fans and critical flow channel structures to enhance system airflow.This improved system pressure head and effective airflow utilization,resolving air supply limitations.For rotor cooling,a novel ventilation structure was proposed to strengthen cooling capacity and address heating issues.The research outcomes provide a ventilation system design scheme for 425 MW-class generator-motors,offering valuable references for ventilation structure design of similar large-capacity generator-motors.
