摘要
警民关系是警务领域和社会政治领域重要的研究内容。文章在对警民关系研究述评的基础上,提出了警民距离的概念。围绕不同分类维度,分析了警民物理距离、警民心理距离,警民政治距离、警民社会距离,警民事实距离、警民理解距离的含义。综合静态截面视角和动态过程视角,对警民距离理论模型框架进行了阐述,提出了以警民距离曲线考察警民关系的方法,探讨了警民平衡距离和警民平衡"通道"的理论内涵。最后应用警民距离理论对警民关系悖论、和谐警民关系进行了解释。
Police-people relationship is an important research content in the field of police and social politics. Based on the research review on police-people relationship, the authors put forward the concept of police-people distance. From the different dimensions of classification, they analyze the police-people physical distance, police-people psychological distance, police-people political distance, police-people social distance, police-people fact distance, police-people comprehension distance. With perspectives of the static and dynamic process, they describe the model frame of the theory of police-people distance, put forward the method to investigate police-people relationship in the curved way, and discuss the theoretical connotation of police-people balance distance and their balance channel. Finally, they explain the paradox of police-people relationship and harmonious police-people relationship by the application of theory of police-people distance.
