摘要
社会环境基础是警民关系研究的重要组成部分,包括大地区范围和基层基础单位两个层次。将风险社会预警与社会信息监控结合起来,构造大地区范围社会环境监测体系,并通过总值法、对比法、极值占比法三种方法对此进行判定。基层基础单位警民关系社会环境调查可以丰富发展警用地理信息系统。
Social environment is an important part of police-citizen relationship,including large area and basic unit.The risk society and social information early warning monitoring are combined and constructed in the area of social environment monitoring system,which is judged by summation method,comparison method,and extreme value accounted.Basic unit police-citizen relationship society environment investigation can enrich the development of police geographic information system.
