摘要
分析了当前临床专业学位特别是中西医结合专业研究生培养中存在的不足,提出完善培养方案、改革培养模式、优化课程体系和课程设置、严格落实临床能力训练、规范临床能力考核办法、培养导师和研究生对中西医结合临床学科的信心和热情等是新形势下进一步深化中西医结合临床医学专业学位研究生培养改革、提高研究生培养质量的重要措施。
This paper analyzes the existing insufficiency of clinical medical professional degree graduate training.It proposes that improving the training scheme,reforming the education mode, optimizing the curriculum,implementing strictly clinical ability training,standardizing clinical ability assessment methods,cultivating advisors ＆#39;and graduates ＆#39;confidence in and enthusiasm for clinical specialty of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine are important measures to further deepen the training reform of clinical medicine specialty of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and improve the quality of graduate students training under the new situation.
