摘要
中西医结合临床专业研究生是具有我国特色的医学研究生培养模式,其目标是培养中西医兼通的高层次、应用型复合人才。在立足培养合格研究生的前提下,学生科研素质的培养是不可或缺的。为加强科研素质培养,需在导师队伍建设、学生培养目标、专业课程选择及创新能力培养等方面建立完善的教学管理机制。
Integrated Chinese and western medicine is the characteristic cultivation mode for postgraduate students in China. The goal is to cultivate high level and compound talents who have a good knowledge of Chinese and western medicines. On the basis of cultivating postgraduate students, the cultivation of research quality is an essential point. In order to enhance research quality, the prefect teaching management mechanism should be built in the following aspects： construction of tutor team, objection of students training, selection of major courses, innovative ability and others.
