摘要
临床医学专业学位教育是我国医学专业学位制度和研究生教育改革的一项重大举措。如何做好中医药院校临床医学专业学位研究生的培养教育,提高其综合素质水平成为目前急需解决的问题。正确界定中医药院校临床医学专业学位研究生综合素质的内涵;建立有效的运行、管理机制,实施过程与目标管理相结合;加强临床医学理论知识的培养,优化学位课程体系;加强临床能力的培训、考核,发挥中医师承教育作用;重视培养临床课题的研究能力,是保证其质量、培养高层次中医临床医学专门人才的重要途径。
The degree education in clinical medicine specialty is a major measure in the reform of medical degree system and postgraduate education in China. It is an emergency question how to improve the postgraduate education and their comprehensive quality in clinical medicine specialty approaches, for ensuring the quality of clinical medicine postgraduates＇, in TCM universities. The key include defining connotation of postgraduate education, setting up effective operation and administration mechanism, combining implementation and objective management, strengthening the education of clinical medical theory, optimizing currieulum system, improving training and appraisal of clinical ability, bringing teacher-apprentice edueation into play, and developing the capability of scientific research.
