摘要
当前医院人力资源绩效考核存在绩效考核内容片面,没有根据医院员工的岗位和科室结构设计考核指标,医院运营方向的改变带来考核指标的频繁改动,对定性指标考核统一标准化管理存在困难等问题亟待解决。医院人力资源绩效考核具有信度和效度的技术要求,可使用的考核方法包含KPI、TOPSIS、RSR。重点从绩效考核的施行方式和KPI、TOPSIS、RSR这三种办法的操作执行上对医院人力资源绩效考核体系应用提供理论参考依据。
the current performance appraisal of human resources in the hospital performance appraisal existing content one-sided, not according to the hospital staff positions and departments structure design of assessment index, hospital operation change of direction cause frequent assessment index changes, the qualitative index evaluation of standardized management are difficult problems to be solved. Requirements for the performance appraisal of human resources with the reliability and validity of the technology assessment methods can be used in hospital, including KPI, TOPSIS, RSR. From the focus on performance appraisal implementation mode and KPI, TOPSIS, RSR of the three methods of operation is performed on the application of human resource performance assessment system of hospital to provide theoretical reference.
