摘要
如何构建一套合理有效的绩效评价体系是卫生领域长期关注的热点。通过文献回顾与相关政策的梳理,论述了英美澳3国构建卫生系统绩效评价体系的背景和方法。结合国内卫生系统绩效研究的历史与发展,分析现阶段绩效评价工作中存在的问题,提出"有所侧重、动态发展、信息建设"的思路,为建设符合我国国情的卫生系统绩效体系提供参考。
How to build a reasonable and effective performance evaluation system is a hot topic in the field of health long - term concern. Through literature review and related policies combing, discussed the background and methods of foreign countries building health systems per- formance evaluation . Combined with the history and development of our country＇s, analyzed problems in performance evaluation at the present stage. For the above, the paper further proposed ＂one - sidedly emphasis, dynamic development, information construction＂ solution ideas, and provided a reference for the construction of the health systems performance in line with China national conditions.
