摘要
目的探讨科学化、系统化和标准化以及适合本院院情的处方点评模式。方法通过建立完善的各项措施和采用回顾性分析方法,分析本院处方的合格率,评价处方点评模式的可行性。结果采用新的处方点评模式之后,2013年度与2012年度相比,本院处方合格率明显提高(P<0.001)。结论该模式具有可行性和操作性,并且能最大限度地对医师不合理用药进行主动干预,有效地减少药疗缺陷和医疗纠纷的发生,提高医院合理用药水平。
Objective To explore the scientific, systematic and standard module for prescription assessment consistent with the actual situation of the hospital. Methods We comprehensively measured and retrospectively analyzed the qualification ratio of prescriptions and the feasibility of prescription assessment module. Results With the application of the new prescription assessment module, the qualification ratio of prescriptions greatly improved （P 〈 0.001） from 2012 to 2013. Conclusion This module helps maximize the proactive intervention to unreasonable medicine prescribed by the doctor, reduce the disadvantages of medicine treatment and medical disputes and improve the prescription quality.
