摘要
采用压力-状态-响应指标模型(PSR模型),建立了甘肃省河东地区生态安全与可持续发展指标体系。运用归一化法、均方差赋值法和加权指数法对数据进行标准化处理,确定了各指标的权重,最后计算得出研究区的生态安全度。结果表明:甘肃省河东地区的综合安全指数呈现升—降—升的变化趋势,安全状态由较不安全态上升到临界态和较安全态,随后又由较安全态下降到临界态,最后再由临界态上升到较安全态。生态安全与可持续发展综合安全指数由1983年的0.25上升到2012年的0.69,提高了176%。全流域的生态安全与可持续发展状态的变化表现为总体趋势逐渐好转,但生态安全与可持续发展一直处于较低水平,未来甘肃省河东地区的生态环境建设任务仍然异常艰巨。
This paper established index system of ecological security and sustainable development in Hedong region in Gansu Province by using the PSR model, namely the pressure - state - response index model. Using the normalization method, the mean square error assignment method and the weighted index method, it standardized the data processing and determined the weight of each index. Finally, it calculated the ecological security degree of the studied area. The results show that the comprehensive safety index shows the trend of up - down - up in Hedong region in Gansu Province. Safety status rises from less safe state to critical state and relatively safe state, and then by a safety state down to the critical state, and then rising from the critical state to a safe state. Ecological security and sustainable development of comprehensive security index from 0.25 in 1983 to 0.69 in 2012, increasing 176%. The changes of whole basin's ecological security and sustainable development show that the overall trend is gradually improving, but the level of ecological security and sustainable development is lower and the environmental ecological building of Hedong region in the future is still extremely arduous.
