摘要
遵循科学性、系统性、规范性及可操作性等原则,建立了科学、合理的指标体系;采用归一化法、均方差法对原始数据进行标准化和赋权处理,进而对直辖以来重庆市生态环境质量的动态变化进行分析评价。结果表明,近10年来,重庆市的综合生态环境质量得到了很大提高;但近2年来,随着经济的快速发展,"三废"排放量有所增加,导致整体生态环境质量略有下降。
Based on principles of scientific validity, systematization, normality and operability, the scientific and reasonable index system was set up. The original data was standardized and weighted by using normalization method and mean square difference method, and then the dy- namic change of ecological environmental quality of Chongqing City since direct jurisdiction was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that in recent 10 years, the comprehensive ecological environmental quality of Chongqing City got great increase; but in recent 2 years, as the economic development was accelerated, the exhausted amount of ＂three -wastes＂ got some increase and induced a little decrease in whole ecological environmental quality.
