生态水系生态环境效益能值评估方法及其应用 被引量:10

摘要 根据生态水系生态环境功能的特点和表现形式,针对生态水系的生物多样性保护、水质净化、气候调节、调蓄洪水等功能,提出生态水系生态环境效益能值分析方法,实现生态水系各类生态环境效益的定量分析和统一度量。以河南省中牟县规划的生态水系为例,对2015年、2020年、2030年3个规划水平年的生态环境效益能值进行了计算,结果分别为1.568 3×1020、6.314 7×1020、7.627 3×1020 sej,可以看出中牟县生态水系的生态环境效益呈增长趋势,按照规划对水系进行生态性改造的效益是明显的。 According to the characteristic of ecological environmental function,energy analysis for ecological environmental benefit of ecological water system was proposed for its function of biodiversity conservation,water purification,climate regulation and flood storage to achieve the quantitative analysis and unified measurement of different forms of ecological environmental benefits. In the case of Zhongmou County,its ecological envi-ronmental benefit was calculated and analyzed in the year of 2015,2020 and 2030,which were respectively 1. 568 3 × 10^20 ,6. 314 7 × 10^20 , 7. 627 3 × 10^20 sej respectively. The result shows that ecological environmental benefit of Zhongmou County is represented by growth trend and the ecological measures of water system promote its benefit obviously.
