摘要
目的探讨F波及H反射测定在腰骶神经痛诊断中的价值。方法 120例腰骶神经根痛患者行神经电生理检查测定双下肢F波和H反射,比较F波与H反射的异常率,H反射波幅与潜伏期异常率。结果 240条胫神经中45条出现F波异常,异常率为18.75%;127条出现H反射异常,异常率为52.9%,F波异常率低于H反射异常率(P<0.05);H反射的波幅异常率为48.2%,明显高于潜伏期异常率(27.74%)(P<0.01)。结论 F波和H反射测定对腰骶神经根损伤的诊断有重要临床意义,其中H反射的诊断价值优于F波。
Objective To explore the value of F-wave and H-reflex measurement to the diagnosis of lumbosacral nerve root pain.Methods The values of F-wave and H-reflex were recorded by electroneurophysiology in 120 patients with lumbosacral nerve root pain to compare the abnormal rate of F-wave with H-reflex,and the abnormal rate of H-reflex amplitude with H-reflex latency.Results The abnormity rate of F-wave was 18.75%in 45 of 240tibial nerves,while the abnormity rate of H-reflex was 52.9%in 127 of 240tibial nerves.The abnormal rate of F-wave was lower than H-reflex（P0.05）.The abnormal rate of amplitude of H-reflex was 48.2%,significantly higher than that of H-reflex latency（27.74%）（P0.01）.Conclusion F-wave and H-reflex play an important role in the diagnosis of lumbosacral nerve root injury,and H-reflex is superior to F-wave.
