摘要
目的:提高肌电图检查对腰骶神经根病辅助诊断的临床使用价值。方法 :在常规肌电图检查和神经传导检查的基础上 ,采用H反射和F波的近神经端测定。结果 :可以全面对腰骶骨神经根病损伤范围、节段及损伤严重程度等状况作出定量分析。结论 :该检查对根性损伤的确诊和诊断率的提高有重要的临床意义 。
Objective In order to improve the clinical value of EMG,which helps to diagnose lumbosacral radiculopathy.Methods:Using H reflection and F wave to make a nearnerve root measurement on the basis of regular EMG and nerve transmitting examination.Results:Making quantitative analyses on the suffered extent ,segments and severness of lumbosacral radiculopathy . Conclusion:This method has the significant clinical value on confirming the diagnosis of injury on nerve root and improving the diagnosis rate.It also supplies adequate data for early diagnosis and treatment opinions in clinic.
