模拟持续飞行诱发颈部疲劳期间F波变化特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨头颈部疲劳因素对F波的影响特征,为长航时飞行航卫保障提供理论依据.方法:动态观察12名空军男性飞行学员(年龄22~24岁)佩带综合瞄准显示头盔装具(头瞄具)在地面模拟飞行8 h期间,头颈部疲劳对F波的影响,并与主观评价结果进行相关分析.结果:在模拟飞行状态下:①佩带头瞄具的头瞄组与未佩带头瞄具的非头瞄组在模拟飞行的第7小时以后,与第1小时比较,F波的平均潜伏期(Flat)延长,F波平均传导速度(Fvel)减慢,F波与M波平均潜伏期差值(IPL)增大,M波波幅(MA)增大,而头瞄组飞行员的Fvel较非头瞄组更是提前至第5小时即减慢;②头瞄组与非头瞄组比较,在模拟8小时持续飞行期间飞行员头颈部F波指标无显著变化.操作与非操作状态比较也无显著变化.结论:①Flat,Fvel,F-M IPL均为评价颈部疲劳的敏感指标;②佩带某型号头盔诱发颈部疲劳发生在持续模拟飞行的第5小时以后. Objective:To investigate the characteristics of pilots'F waves in cervical fatigue in duted by flight to provide the evidence for aero medical service. Methods:Characters of F waves in 12 male pilot trainees(aged 18-20 years old)affected by cervical fatigue were examined during 8 h simulating flight on the ground. Subjective evaluation on cervical fatigue was performed. Results: Compared with course of i h between groups with or without helmet aimed tools, Flat, IPL, MA increased, but Fvel decreased after simulating flight for 7 h. In the 5th hour Fret in the group with helmet aimed tools decreased compared with the group without helmet aimed tools. There were no significant changes of F waves between the 2 groups during 8 h simulating flight, and the change was the same as the statues. Conclusion: Flat,Fvel and IPL are both sensitive indices to evaluate cervical fatigue, which occurrs after the 5'h hour during consecutive simulating flight when wearing helmet.
