摘要
采用GC-MS测定法对EVA材料中的苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇含量进行测定,发现超声萃取的EVA材料中苯乙酮和2-苯基-2-丙醇的检测结果大于直接顶空加热法,其中超声革取的最佳条件为60℃下选用15mL和10mL丙酮革取50min,在0.1~10.0mg/L的浓度范围内,相关系数均大于0.999,测定低限分别为0.5mg/kg和1.0mg/kg,回收率在88%~105%之间,RSD在5.1%以内。顶空法的最佳条件为120℃下孵化45min,在0.5~10.0mg/kg的浓度范围内,相关系数大于0.995,测定低限分别为0.10mg/kg和0.15mg/kg,回收率94%~106%之间,RSD在8.0%以内。
GC-MS was applied to the determination of acetophenone and 2-phenyl-2-propanol in EVA products. The contents of acetophenone and 2-phenyl-2-propanol extracted by ultrasonic from EVA materials were more than those by the method of HS-GC/MS. The optimized condition of extracted by ultrasonic was that EVA product diluted in 15mL and 10mL acetone respectively for 50min at 60℃. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 in concentration range of 0.1-10.0mg/ L. And the detection limits were 0.5mg/kg and 1.0mg/kg. The recovery range was 88 %-105 %. The RSD was lower than 5.1%. The optimized condition of HS-GC/MS was incubated for 45min at 120℃. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995 in concentration range of 0.1 ~ 10.0mg/L. And the detection limits were 0. l mg/kg and 0.15mg/kg. The recovery range was 94%-106 %.The RSD was lower than 8.0%.
