摘要
利用肉桂酸和苯乙酮的紫外光谱吸收特性,把肉桂酸生物法合成苯乙酮过程的复杂转化液体系定量分析,通过投影模拟的方法进行简化,建立了一种快速有效的检测转化液中肉桂酸转化率的分析方法。该方法快速有效,并在最大程度上降低了发酵液自身紫外吸收的干扰,其对肉桂酸和苯乙酮的测定的平均标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.02%和1.45%,平均回收率为101.34%和99.94%。
A quantitative and convenient analysis method by UV spectrophotometry was established to determinate the relative percentage of CMA and APO in bioconversion broth,based on proving the background sorption of fermentation broth has no obvious change. The influence of the background sorption of fermentation broth were minimized by this determination method. The relative standard deviations of CMA and APO were 1. 02% and 1. 45%,and the average recoveries were 101. 34% and 99. 94%,respectively.
