黄芪注射液对大鼠脊髓缺血再灌注模型AQP4、Ca^(2+)与神经细胞凋亡表达的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Astragalus Injection on the expression of Ca^(2+), AQP4 and apoptosis in spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury rat model

摘要 目的:研究黄芪注射液预处理对大鼠脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及作用机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为A组(假手术组,3只)、B组(模型组,15只)、C组(黄芪预处理组,15只)。A组为假手术组,B、C组阻断腹主动脉32min造模,于缺血再灌注后2、8、12、24、48h取大鼠L2-4脊髓组织进行Ca2+、AQP4、凋亡检测。结果:B、C两组脊髓组织Ca2+、AQP4、凋亡指数高于A组(P<0.01),其中C组脊髓组织Ca2+、AQP4、凋亡指数显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液预处理可通过降低脊髓组织中Ca2+浓度、抑制AQP4表达、下调脊髓组织中细胞凋亡指数对大鼠脊髓缺血再灌注起到保护作用。 Objective: To study the effect of Astragalus Injection on the spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (group A, n=3), ischemia reperfusion group (group B, n=15), Astragalus Injection group (group C, n=15). The rats in group B and C were given spianl cord ischemia for 32min. The levels of Ca^2+, AQP4 and apoptosis of L2-4 segment spinal cord of models were measured at hour 2, 8, 12, 24, 48 followed by reperfusion. Results: The Ca^2+, AQP4 and apoptotic index of group B and group C were obviously higher than that in group A (P〈0.01), the Ca^2+, AQP4 and apoptotic index of group C were obviously lower than that in group B (P〈0.01). Conlusion: Astragalus Injection has significantly protective effect on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury by reducing Ca^2+, AQP4 and the apoptotic index of spinal cord.
