摘要
欠发达地区新建地方高校的大学生英语口语学习始终难以克服本土化困境,如语言环境差、高中英语学习的惯性、特殊的心理障碍、教育评价系缺失等不利因素一直制约着他们英语口语学习成效的提高。大学生们只有针对这些在在的问题,有针对性地加以解决,才能提高英语口语的交际能力。
The oral English learning for the Newly-built local collegesstudents in the underdeveloped area are always hard to overcome the dilemma of indigenous language environment.The English learning inertia;the specific psychological impairments and the deficiencies of the Education evaluation system always restrict the students＇ improvement of oral English.College students should aim at the existing problems and distinguishingly solve them.So that could improve the studentsoral communicative competence.
