摘要
目的探讨天麻素胶囊联合卡马西平治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法将60例三叉神经痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例给予天麻素胶囊联合卡马西平治疗,对照组30例单纯服用卡马西平,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,高于对照组总有效率73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻素胶囊治疗原发性三叉神经痛有较好的临床疗效,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the Gastrodia elata capsule combination with Carbamazepine tablets treatment th~ curative effect of trigeminal neuralgia, Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases of treat- ment group was given Gastrodia elata capsule in combination with Carbamazepine tablets and 30 cases of the control for simply taking Carbamazepine tablets,observe therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The treatment group total effec, rive rate was 90% higher than that of control group 73.3%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Conclusions The Gastrodia elata capsule injection with Carbamazepine tablets therapy trigeminal neuralgia curative effect is better, which is worthy of popularization and application.
