摘要
目的:观察天麻醒脑胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,按照随机数字表法对2016年7月-2019年2月我院86例原发性三叉神经痛患者进行分组,分为对照组和研究组,各43例,对照组患者服用奥卡西平,研究组患者在奥卡西平治疗基础上联合使用天麻醒脑胶囊辅助治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后睡眠质量,生活质量,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后研究组患者总有效率为90.70%,显著高于对照组患者(69.77%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的VAS,PSQL以及中医证侯评分明显低于治疗前,而QOL评分相较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的VAS,PSQL以及中医证侯评分均显著低于对照组,QOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(16.28%)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用天麻醒脑胶囊可明显提高奥卡西平用于原发性三叉神经痛治疗的临床疗效和提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianma Xingnao capsules combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia which were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and study group(43 cases)according to the random digital tables.The control group and the study group were treated with oxcarbazepine and oxcarbazepine combined with Tianma Xingnao capsules respectively.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,living quality and adverse drug reactions(ADR)before and after treatment in 2 groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was 90.70%which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.77%).Compared with the control group,VAS score,PSQL score,traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome score and the incidence of ADR(16.28%)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while QOL score of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination use of Tianma Xingnao capsules could significantly improve the clinical efficacy of oxcarbazepine and living quality of patients in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
