丹参酮联合复方甘草酸苷治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨丹参酮联合复方甘草酸苷治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将120例患者按照随机数字表分为2组,观察组60例给予丹参酮胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片口服,对照组60例给予丹参酮胶囊口服。两组均使用复方维A酸凝胶晚上一次外涂。结果观察组有效率和治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且副作用较小。结论丹参酮联合复方甘草酸苷是目前临床系统治疗轻中度痤疮的一种安全有效值得推广的方法。 Objective To investigate the Therapeutic Effects of tanshinone combined with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside on treating mild to moderate acne. Methods 120 patients divide into 2 groups according to random number table, observation group of 60 cases with given tanshinone capsule compound glycyrrhizin glucoside oral, only to give tanshinone capsule oral control group 60 cases, both groups apply compound tretinoin gel once at night . Results The efficient and cure rate observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P wit 〈 0. 05), and less side effects. Conclusion The Therapeutic Effects of tanshinone combined h compound glycyrrhizin glucoside is safety and effective .It is worth popularization.
