摘要
目的:观察甘草锌颗粒联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中学生轻中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组。治疗组60例,口服甘草锌颗粒和丹参酮胶囊,同时外用克林霉素凝胶和异维A酸红霉素凝胶;对照组60例,外用克林霉素凝胶和异维A酸红霉素凝胶。两组疗程均为6周。结果:治疗6周后,治疗组基本治愈率和有效率分别为63.3%和90.0%,对照组基本治愈率和有效率分别为18.3%和53.3%,两组基本治愈率和有效率比较差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应主要为局部刺激反应,均未出现严重全身不良反应。结论:甘草锌颗粒联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中学生轻中度寻常性痤疮疗效好,不良反应轻,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy for treating the mild to moderate acne vulgaris by licorzine granules combining with tanshinone capsules in Middle-school students. Methods 120 cases of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The treatment group took licorzine granules combining with tanshinone capsules, meanwhile given clindamycin gel and isotretinoin-erythromycin-gel topical therapy.The control group were given clindamycin gel and isotretinoin-erythromycin-gel topical therapy.The treatment is 6 weeks. Results After 6 weeks,the basic cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group was 63.3% and 90.0% respectively,those of the control group was 18.3% and 53.3% respectively. There were significant differences between two-groups＂ basic cure rate and effective rate （P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions were mainly local irritation,no serious systemic adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Licorzine granules combining with tanshinone capsules treatment of mild to moderate ache vulgaris in Middle-school students shows good efficacy and light adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
