摘要
目的:观察骨伤消肿化瘀方配合手术治疗股骨粗隆骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:选取118例老年股骨粗隆骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术,观察组采用DHS联合骨伤消肿化瘀方治疗。结果:观察组优良率明显高于对照组(86.44%VS 77.97%);切口引流量、切口愈合时间、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组;Harris髋关节指数评分明显高于对照组。结论:骨伤消肿化瘀方配合手术治疗有利于减少术中出血量,促进伤口愈合,改善髋关节功能。
Objective： To observe the effect of Gushang Xiaozhong Huayu Recipe combined with surgical treatment of trea- ting intertrochanteric fracture. Methods： 118cases of patients with intertrochanteric fracture were divided into observation group and controlled group. The controlled group was given dynamic hip screw （DHS） internal fixation, the observation group was giv- en DHS combined with Gushang Xiaozhong Huayu Recipe. Results： The excellent rateof the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group （86.44% VS 77.97% ） ; led traffic, incision healing time, fracture healing time were signifi- cantly lower than the controlled group. Harris hip score of the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group. Conclusion： Gushang Xiaozhong Huayu Recipe combined with surgical treatment can help to reduce intraoperative blood loss, promote wound healing improve the hip joint function.
