摘要
目的:研究针对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的治疗采取健脾益肾化瘀方的临床效果。方法:选取我院100例系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,采取抽签法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均采取常规医药治疗,观察组另采取健脾益肾化瘀方治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为84.0%,显著高于对照组的64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾化瘀方治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎疗效可靠,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective： To study clinical effects of the mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in the treatment of invigorate the spleen and replenish kidney. Methods： Selectied 100 cases of patients with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in our hospital as the research objects, were randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group with the draw method; conventional medical treatment was adopted; the observation group took the spleen kidney blood treatment besides, compared therapeutic effect in two groups. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was 84.0%, significantly higher than that in control group（64.0%）; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Curative effects of invigorate the spleen and replenish kidney on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis is reliable, has high clinical value.
