2种C型臂X线机透视方法在股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术中应用比较 被引量：10

摘要 目的比较2种C型臂X线机透视方法在股骨粗隆间骨折股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术中的临床效果。方法将72例在单腿截石位C型臂X线机透视下行PFNA内固定术的股骨粗隆间骨折随机分为2组,常规位透视组34例(患肢外侧放置C型臂X线机),穿裆位透视组38例(两腿之间放置C型臂X线机)。分析2组手术时间、透视时间及复位质量。结果穿裆位透视组手术时间、术中透视时间较常规位透视组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组复位质量优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用穿裆位透视较常规位透视手术时间、术中透视时间短,此技术可以成为股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术理想的辅助手段。
