摘要
目的观察异丙酚联合不同剂量地佐辛用于人工流产手术中的麻醉作用。方法回顾性分析135例人工流产患者的临床资料,根据手术麻醉使用地佐辛的不同剂量分为低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,各45例,分别给予异丙酚和0.05,0.075,0.10 mg/kg的地佐辛进行麻醉,比较3组患者的麻醉效果、宫缩疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)以及不良反应发生情况。结果 3组患者的总有效率均为100.00%,中剂量组和高剂量组患者的显效率均显著高于低剂量组(P<0.05);术后15,30 min中剂量组和高剂量组患者的宫缩疼痛VAS评分显著低于低剂量组(P<0.05);总不良反应发生率高剂量组患者显著高于低剂量组(P<0.05),而中剂量组与低剂量组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论异丙酚联合0.075 mg/kg地佐辛用于人工流产,麻醉效果好,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effects of propofol combined with different doses of dezocine in artificial abortion. Methods The clinical data in 135 cases of artificial abortion in our hospital were performed the retrospective analysis. According to the different doses of dezocine in anesthesia, the patients were divided into the low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group, 45 cases in each group. The three groups were given propofol and dezocine 0. 05, 0. 075, 0. 10 mg/kg for conducting anesthesi-a. The anesthetic effects, uterine contraction pain VAS scores and occurrence situation of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate of the three groups was 100. 00%; the significantly effective rates of the middle-dose group and high-dose group were significantly higher than that of the low-dose group （ P〈 0. 05 ） . The uterine contraction pain VAS score at postoperative 15, 30 min in the middle-dose group and high-dose group were significantly lower than that in the low-dose group （ P〈 0. 05 ）; the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions in the high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the low-dose group （ P〈 0. 05 ） , while the difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions had no statistically significant difference between the middle-dose group and the low-dose group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ：Propofol combined with dezocine 0. 075mg/kg for artificial abortion has the good anesthetic effects and low incidence of adverse reactions.
