瑞芬太尼与异丙酚在人工流产术麻醉中的联合应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼在人工流产术的效果。方法200例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级人流病人,随机分为2组,P组以2mg.kg-1.m in-1的速率静注异丙酚至病人睫毛反射和指令性反应消失,术中出现四肢活动则追加异丙酚1 mg.kg-1;RF组异丙酚诱导前静注瑞芬太尼0.5μg.kg-1。术前、术中监测平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)和脉博血氧饱和度(SPO2)。记录异丙酚首剂量、总剂量,意识消失、苏醒时间及术中、术后不良反应。结果与术前比较,MAP、HR和SPO2P组均下降(P<0.05),RF组下降明显(P<0.01);RF组异丙酚的首剂量、总剂量、意识消失时间明显低于P组(P<0.01),但苏醒时间与P组差异无统计学意义。术中无知晓、恶梦,病人感觉舒适安全,入睡快、苏醒快,术后恢复良好。结论瑞芬太尼与异丙酚麻醉是一种很好的人工流产麻醉方式。
