丙泊酚复合芬太尼用于无痛人流60例临床分析

摘要 目的:观察丙泊酚复合芬太尼用于无痛人流术的安全行性和有效性。方法:选择ASA将Ⅰ~Ⅱ级在静脉全身麻醉下行无痛人流患者60例随即分成A、B两组,每组30例。A组对照组但用丙泊酚麻醉,B组为观察组用丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉。观察两组丙泊酚的用量、注射痛、并发症、苏醒时间、术后宫缩评分和患者的离院时间。结果:与B组丙泊酚用量减少、注射痛发生率降低、苏醒时间缩短,术后宫缩痛vAS评分较低。结论:丙泊酚复合芬太尼应用于无痛人流术麻醉效果满意,不良反应轻微,安全可行。 To observe the propofol and fentanyl for painless abortion feasibility, Methods :60 cases of patients with painless then divided into A, B two groups( n = 30). Group A,but B group with propofol and fen- taoyl anesthesia with propofol. Observed two groups of propofol dosage, injection pain, complications, time of waking time, postop- erative the contractions score and patients from the hospital. The results compared with group A and B patients in the dose of propo- fill reduce the inc, idence of injection pain, recovery time is shortened, postoperative the contractions pain, vAS scores. Conclusion: propofol and fentanyl used in painless abor- tion anesthetic effect satisfactory, safe and feasible.
