摘要
为了缩短三相电能表检定时间,提高计量实验室的检定能力,解决传统三相电能表检定工作中采用人工挂接表方式造成效率低、易出错等问题,对传统的电能表检定过程进行分析。提出了涉及装置整体性能的四个关键技术,从而研发了三相电能表自动压接装置。对装置进行了整体功能测试和实际应用,由此验证了该装置能极大地提高三相电能表的检定工作质量和效率。三相电能表自动压接装置具有极大的推广价值和应用前景。
In order to reduce the calibration time of three phases electric energy meter, improve the calibration ability of metrology laboratory, and to solve problems of lower efficiency, easy to make mistakes. In the traditional three phases electric energy meter calibration work by using manual hanging meter mode. The process of the traditional three phase electric energy meter calibration is analyzed. Four key technologies involved in the overall performance of device are proposed, thus the automatic crimping device of three phase electric energy meter is developed. The overall function test and practical application is taken which testify that the device can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of three phase electric energy meter calibration work. The automatic crimping device of three phase electric energy meter has promotion value and Application prospect.
