摘要
电能计量管理工作是我国电力网络正常运行中一项重要工作环节,实行三相电能表的现场校验是我国电网必不可少的工作环节。本文针对实际工作中出现谐波对工作电压的影响、新上用户无实际负荷导致现场校验无法进行等地域性特殊情况,设计出符合实际工作条件下校验功能,并将其运用在某地区的现场测试中。最后,通过改进设计使得三相电能表现场校验仪在该地区的实际应用情况,得出改进后的仪器能够更好的完成不同负荷的误差测试和复杂的二次接线检查且测试精度得到提高。
