摘要
介绍采用功率比较法对电子式电能表进行启动、潜动及基本误差测试的可行性及算法,并简要说明该方法的实施要求。
In this paper, we discuss the feasibility and arithmetic of method of power-comparison, using for measuring the error, starting and creeping of a electronic energy meter, and give a brief description of the method of implementation requirements
