摘要
目的:探讨带教模式在实习生管理中的教学质量影响。方法选取2013年4月~2014年4月我院某一科室的42例实习生进行研究,将其分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=22),对照组的实习生采取常规的大班带教跟班的实习模式,观察组的实习生采取一对一的带教跟班模式,观察两组不同模式的带教实习质量。结果带教实习结束后,对两组实习生的实习情况进行评价,观察组的实习生的各项指标均明显优于对照组实习生,差异显著,有统计学意义(χ2=7.060,P<0.05)。结论实习结束后,对实习生的综合成绩进行评估,一对一的带教模式能明显提高实习质量,加强对带教实习生的管理,严格进行考核,加强对量化的评估,对实习生的护理基础、临床实践等多个方面进行提高。
Objective To study the teaching mode in the management of internship teaching quality. Methods To choose between April 2013 and April 2013 interns in a department of 42 cases, it can be divided into control group (n=20) and observation group (n=22), observe two groups of different modes of practice teaching quality.
