摘要
目的：探讨带教模式在实习生管理中的教学质量影响。方法选取2013年4月～2014年4月我院某一科室的42例实习生进行研究，将其分为对照组（n=20）和观察组（n=22），对照组的实习生采取常规的大班带教跟班的实习模式，观察组的实习生采取一对一的带教跟班模式，观察两组不同模式的带教实习质量。结果带教实习结束后，对两组实习生的实习情况进行评价，观察组的实习生的各项指标均明显优于对照组实习生，差异显著，有统计学意义（χ2=7.060，P＜0.05）。结论实习结束后，对实习生的综合成绩进行评估，一对一的带教模式能明显提高实习质量，加强对带教实习生的管理，严格进行考核，加强对量化的评估，对实习生的护理基础、临床实践等多个方面进行提高。
Objective To study the teaching mode in the management of internship teaching quality. Methods To choose between April 2013 and April 2013 interns in a department of 42 cases, it can be divided into control group （n=20） and observation group （n=22）, observe two groups of different modes of practice teaching quality.
