摘要
手术是外科医生的主要工作和治病的手段之一。心脏是重要生命器官,心外科涉及疾病种类较多,机理抽象复杂,合并症及其他疾病较多,术后病人恢复过程更复杂;心外科工作是一个系统工程,内容经常涉及解剖、生理、病理、药理、医学影像学等多门学科之间的知识;另外,心外科是外科学的一个重要分支学科,也是一门"重症"学科,具有高风险、高并发症及高死亡率等特点[1]。心外科教学与其它临床学科比较,具有极其复杂的学科特点。心外科医生手术技能的高低优劣,直接影响疗效,这是不言而喻的。本文从心外科教学的特点出发,结合临床教学实际经验,探讨在我院心外科临床手术带教中一些经验和体会。
Objective Surgery is one of the main means to cure disease for surgeons. Heart is an important life organ, cardiac surgery involves many diseases, with abstract and complex mechanism, more complications and other diseases, complicated postoperative recovery process for patients. Cardiac surgery work is a systematic engineering, the content is often involves multi-discipline knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, medical imaging and so on;In addition, cardiac surgery is an important branch of surgery, also a"severe"discipline which has the characteristics of high risk, high complications and high mortality. Compared with other clinical disciplines, cardiac surgery teaching is an extremely complex subject. Surgery skills of cardiac surgery doctor is high or low, which will directly affect the curative effect, that is self-evident. In this paper, starting from the features of cardiac surgery teaching, combined with the practical experience of clinical teaching to explore some experience and understanding of cardiac surgery teaching in our hospital.
