摘要
目的研制刺五加分散片,考察其体外溶出度,确立其工艺。方法以粉体流动性及片剂的可压性、溶出度、分散均匀度为考察指标,对刺五加分散片处方工艺进行优化筛选。结果优化处方制备的刺五加分散片,其溶出度和分散均匀度均达到中国药典2010年版一部要求。结论研制的刺五加分散片处方合理、工艺可行、溶出度高、分散均匀性好,其体外溶出效果显著优于普通片剂。
Objective To investigate the preparation technique and optimal formulation of Acanthopanax senticosus（Rupr.et Maxim.）Harms dispersible tablets. Methods The formula of Acanthopanax senticosus（Rupr.et Maxim.）Harms dispersed tablets were evaluated by studying the flowability of particulate,compressibility of tablet,disintegrating time and dissoltion. Results The products formulated with the optimal technique met the quality specification of dispersed tablets. Conclusion This prescfiption and technology of Acanthopanax senticosus（Rupr.et Maxim.） Harms dispersible tablets are reasonable and effective. The dispersible tablets dissolve faster and disperse unibmly and the dissolution percent in vitro is obviously superior to the conventional tablets.
