甘草、炙甘草饮片中甘草苷和甘草酸含量考察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:考察市售甘草及炙甘草饮片中甘草苷和甘草酸含量。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版甘草中的含量测定方法对11批甘草饮片和10批炙甘草饮片中的甘草苷和甘草酸进行定量分析。结果:l1批甘草饮片的合格率为36.4%;10批炙甘草饮片的合格率为100%。结论:市场上的甘草饮片质量参差不齐;炙甘草饮片的含量测定限度有待商榷。 Objective: To study the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizin in marketed licorice and decocted licorice. Method: The contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizin in licorice and decocted licorice were determined with the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Result: The qualified rate of licorice and decocted licorice was 36. 4% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion: The quality of licorice is in uneven levels, and the quality standard of decocted licorice should be improved.
