青年是国家的未来,民族的希望。青年能否成才关系着中国特色社会主义伟大事业的兴衰成败。抓住青年、赢得青年,才能赢得未来。而要抓住青年、赢得青年,就必须引导青年成长成才。习近平一直关注、关心、关爱青年的成长与发展。从地方到中央,习近平在不同场合关于青年成长成才的一系列讲话已经形成了科学系统的青年成才观。
Young people are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. Whether the young can be useful people is critical to the success and failure of the great cause of building the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. Only when the youth is focused on and won over can we have a bright future. The way to realize it is to guide the youth to success.
