摘要 废旧报刊的整理是图书馆等刊物存放机构的日常工作,而报刊打孔装订是方便有效的方式。但传统的报刊打孔机自动化程度不高,工作效率低、操作过程繁琐、存在一定的危险性等诸多弊端。为了简化操作流程,提高工作效率,节省人工成本,同时提高机器安全性能,基于慧鱼模型设计了一款全自动的报刊自动打孔机。利用夹紧装置、定位装置构成整个系统,从而实现对不同规格报刊自动打孔的动作。通过这个自动化一体的报刊打孔机,可以提高工作效率,提高打孔的成功率,同时大大节省人工成本,降低操作的危险性。 Waste sorting newspapers and other publications are stored in the library daily work agencies, and newspapers punch binding is convenient and effective way. But the degree of automation of traditional newspapers and drilling machine is not high, low efficiency, cumbersome procedure, there is a certain risk, and many other disadvantages.In order to streamline operations, improve efficiency, save labor costs, while improving machine safety performance, our model is based on Fischer designed a fully automatic automatic punch press machine. Using clamping device, positioning device constitute the entire system, enabling automatic punch press with different specifications action. By the automated drilling machine, it can improve work efficiency and the success rate of drilling, as well as significant savings in labor costs, reduce the risk of the operation.
