摘要
自动打孔系统是机械式织带机系统实现自动化的一个重要部分。采用基于上下位机模式的系统设计方案,对自动打孔系统的硬件部分进行设计,并对其中的关键性部件、接口等的工作原理、特点都作了详细说明。
Automatic slotting system is an important part of automation of mechanical webbing loom. In the paper, we adopt a new design method based on up-side and down-side machine mode, and design the hardware part of the system. The basic operating principles and key circuit are also explained in detail.
