摘要
2001年中国实施无公害食品行动计划以来,初步建立起了畜产品质量安全管理体系。但是,畜产品质量安全还存在不少问题,诸如畜产品的药物残留、畜禽屠宰、环境污染、追溯困难、监管力度不够等。在新的畜牧产业发展阶段,要从加强法律法规建设,完善畜产品质量检测体系、强化兽药使用的监督与管理、建立畜产品绿色生产基地、培养新型职业农民等方面采取措施,才能更好的保障畜产品的质量安全。
Since the implementation of pollution free food action plan in China in 2001,the preliminary animal products quality and safety management system has been set up.However,there exist many problems,the quality and safety of animal products such as drug residues of animal production,livestock and poultry slaughtering,environmental pollution,difficulties in tracing and deficient regulatory problems.In the new stage of development of animal husbandry industry,we should strengthen the construction of laws and regulations,improving live-stock product quality inspection system,strengthening the supervision and administration of the use of veterinary drugs,establish animal products green production base,to develop new professional farmers take measures,can better guarantee the quality safety of animal prod-ucts.
