摘要
目的评估三层缝合法处女膜修补术的安全性和有效性。方法采用前瞻性病例系列随访研究方法,2011年1月-2014年7月连续招募接受三层缝合法处女膜修补术患者131例,准确记录其基线资料并拍摄术前术后照片。术后一个月随访,观察处女膜切口愈合情况和早期并发症;术后6个月电话随访,了解术后初次性生活满意度、见红率和远期并发症。结果 131例患者中,1例术后4h切口出血约100ml,次日返院行清创缝扎成功止血;118例(90.8%,118/130)术后一个月复查,110例患者切口愈合,8例患者切口愈合不良、切口裂开,切口愈合率为93.2%(110/118)。术后6个月成功电话随访75例(57.3%,75/131),所有患者术后均无月经改变、生殖器炎症、性交困难等远期并发症。在70例(93.3%,70/75)术后有性生活患者中,第一次性生活满意率为92.9%(65/70),见红率为59.4%(41/69)。结论三层缝合法处女膜修补术安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the security and effectiveness of the new surgical technique of hymenoplasty.Methods The authors conducted a prospective study on 131 consecutive patients who received the reported method of hymenoplasty at our hospital from January 2011 to July 2014.The pre-operative and post-operative photos were collected and one-month countercheck and long-term follow-up were conducted.Results One of the 131 patients suffered from complication of bleeding.About 90.8%（118/130）of the patients came back to clinic for one-month countercheck and 93.2%（110/118）of them regained intact hymen.We successfully connected 75patients（57.3%,75/131）through telephone and 70（93.3%,70/75）of them had sex intercourse then.The longterm follow-up showed that 92.8%（65/70）of the patients were satisfied with the outcome of the surgery in the first intercourse and the bloody show rate was 59.4%（41/69）.Conclusions Our study proved that the reported method of hymenoplasty is an effective,enduring and safe method associated with satisfactory outcomes.
